Empress is a Taiwanese hot sauce brand founded by Jane and Denner, two expats who left their careers in NYC to move to Taiwan. Using fresh, locally-grown Taiwanese produce and chilis, they create Western-style hot sauces with a Taiwanese twist. Working closely with local farmers, they capture fruits at peak ripeness and naturally ferment their sauces with zero preservatives. Featured in Tatler Asia and Marie Claire Taiwan, Empress brings the spirit of 山珍海味 (mountain treasures, ocean flavors) to every bottle.
