Good Heat is a Canadian hot sauce brand founded in 2019 by Maxime Chenier-Groulx in Montreal. Born from a Sunday ritual of experimenting with flavor combinations in his kitchen, Good Heat challenges the notions of what hot sauce can be — creating reasonably spicy but daring sauces. In late 2023, their plant-based "Queso Sin Queso" was selected by Heatonist to appear on Hot Ones Season 23, transforming their hobby into a growing business.
