The 7 Pot Douglah, or Chocolate 7 Pot, is one of the world's hottest peppers. Its dark brown, wrinkled skin conceals a fruity and nutty flavor beneath extreme heat. Similar in size to a habanero, it is used sparingly in hot sauces and chili powders.
