Description

The Ají Dulce Amarillo is the yellow-ripening variant of the Ají Dulce, native to the Caribbean. Its small bell-shaped pods ripen to bright golden yellow with the same sweet smoky aroma and virtually no heat. Like its red counterpart, it is used as a seasoning pepper in Caribbean and Venezuelan sofrito and stews.
