Description
The Anaheim, also known as California pepper, is a large mild chili originating from New Mexico and widely cultivated in California. Its long, tapered pods reach 15–20 cm and ripen from dark green to red. With very mild heat and a sweet, slightly earthy flavor, it is a versatile cooking pepper used in chiles rellenos, roasting, and canned green chili preparations.
