Description
The Bishops Crown, also called the Flying Saucer or Christmas Bell, is a striking Capsicum baccatum with a unique shape resembling a bishop's mitre. Native to South America and strongly associated with Barbados, its flat three-winged pods ripen from green to vivid red. It offers mild to moderate heat with a sweet, fruity flavor and is used fresh, pickled, and in Caribbean cuisine.
