Burning Bush

Description

The Burning Bush is a compact ornamental pepper grown for its prolific display of small, upright bright red pods that cover the plant like flames. Despite its decorative appearance, it delivers significant heat around 130 000–180 000 SHU with a fruity flavor. Often grown as a potted ornamental or in garden borders, its pods can also be harvested and used dried or in hot sauces.
