Description
The Early Jalapeño is a faster-maturing cultivar of the classic Jalapeño, developed to produce ripe pods 2–3 weeks earlier than standard varieties, making it ideal for cooler climates with shorter growing seasons. Its thick, cylindrical pods share the classic grassy, mildly spicy flavor of traditional Jalapeños with their characteristic corky streaks at maturity. A versatile pepper used fresh, pickled, smoked into chipotles, or roasted in countless dishes.
