Description
The Santa Fe Grande is a mild American pepper producing conical pods about 10 cm long that ripen from pale yellow through orange to red. With very low heat of 500-1,000 SHU it has a crisp fruity flavor. Widely used fresh in salads pickling and as a colorful garnish in Southwestern and Tex-Mex cuisine.
