Description
The TAM Mild Jalapeño is the original mild jalapeño developed at Texas A&M University producing standard jalapeño-type pods of 7-9 cm with classic green-to-red ripening and only 1,000-1,500 SHU. Like its sibling TAM 2 it preserves the familiar jalapeño flavor profile while removing most of the heat making it suitable for children and heat-sensitive consumers and for food processing applications requiring jalapeño taste without spiciness.
